Pat Cuthbert is a Professional Engineer and Principal with Aqua-Coast Engineering. Pat has consulted on hundreds of Multi-Family Residential and Non-Residential projects ranging from Hospitals and Schools to 40+ storey high-rise condos, within BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. He is currently the Building Envelope Engineer on 4 multi-family Passive House projects under construction, The Heights, Brixton Flats, Spire Landing, and Fort St. John Passive House and many more in the design stage. Pat has a bachelors of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from UBC and completed building envelope and passive house courses through APEGBC, BCIT and Passive House Canada.
