The exceptional thermal comfort and air quality in a Passive House building is expected to increase staff wellbeing and productivity, and the technical achievements of the building will act as a showcase for innovation that Charter can be proud of when presenting themselves to their customers and the world. This presentation will discuss some of the key considerations for office buildings, as well as talk about the unique challenges and opportunities specific to this building.
